Some cool template from GoodPhpld.com! It is based on the version 3.1. Here are the comments from the owner of goodphpld.com:

This is the first phpld template we publish here.

Skyscraper template has a nice design with good fresh color combination that makes the template to look professional.
There is a logo PSD file included to write your directory name in a cool way.
